My servers are located in Miami Florida in the old Bell telephone building, this is a CAT5 Hurricane proof facility - there were no outages during the horrendous hurricane season of 2004, and none for 05. My service has been rock solid available all the time, and that is way more than I can say for any of the big hosting companies I have used in the past!

My servers are not over-loaded with hundreds of web sites, I do not cluster servers into a group, and I do not install a lot of third party software. In short my servers are unencumbered  - they are all running Microsoft Server 2003. This provides you with the best support for your FrontPage web. 

Let's keep it real... There are no meaningless "uptime guarantees" and you are expected to keep you web site backed up - accidents do happen and computers do fail, especially (so it seems)  when you are not prepared. This is the real deal - great service at a good price and my personal support. I can't accommodate everyone or every type of web site. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, though I prefer to find a solution to any problem that may arise.
